One of the most important reasons I chose Manchester School of Architecture is the fact that it is ranked 30th in the world, regarding worldwide studies. Furthermore, it is one of the best architecture schools in the UK and has an important history of 100 years of experience. According to your sites, the facilities also seam to be extremely convenient and the city is of architectural interest. Last but not least, your university offers the possibility for future career development.
Regarding my review of an exhibition I have visited, I will talk to you about my visit at the Victoria and Albert museum, where I explored the sections of architecture, sculpture, ceramics, glass, China’s‐Japan’s‐Asia’s culture and metalwork.
I was really captivated by the models, drawings and designs of the architecture section and the exhibition of sketches, like the “Coliseum’s Design”, which was imemorable. Another unforgettable image was that of the statue of Jason and some statues from a certain distance, I was impressed by some medieval extracts of a balcony, medieval doors, windows and forms of embellishment, like joker masks.
Concluding, I would also like to mention two magnificent maquettes; One was Gatwick Airport and the other was Arup Associates’ Arup Campus which was a combination of the countryside style and a traditional type of a British house with modern contemporary architecture. Moreover, he tried to remind us that natural surroundings should be included in a house, that is why he chose an eco‐friendly style such as Air Ventilation System.
In whole, it was an amazing experience!
Concerning my favorite architect, I have to say that it is a French man, whose name is Ernest Hebrard, who was also an archeologist and urban planner. To him was assigned the renovation of Thessaloniki(my hometown) which was majorly destroyed after the fire in 1917. In his plan he combined medieval and oriental, ottoman features, preserving the Byzantine heritage as well, such as the famous Churches‐like St. Dimitrios or Rotonda. Thessaloniki, was then transformed into European‐style city with boulevards, roadways and parks. He is also known for his projects in Morocco, Indochina and the East generally.
I would like to experience personally the building of Gherking in London which is a commercial skyscraper and it hosts mostly offices of stockbroker’s‐the famous golden boys‐ of City. It was finished in 2003 and has been open since 2004, it has 41 floors and it is 180 meters high.
What I love about this building is that –to my eyes‐ stands out in the crowd of the other traditional style of London’s architecture, like the gothic style. It catches your eye from a great distance and
has became one of the city most recognized examples of contemporary post‐modern architecture. I really look up to this building and would love to experience the construction.

Discovering perspective
I like sketching everywhere while walking and I always carry a sketchbook with me where I depict everything that provokes strong emotions to me and I sometimes like playing with different colors…

SKETCHES
Those sketches are from real people in my sketch school that I’ve sketched their bodies types in a free hand way. Also, I’ve tried to sketch an ancient body type statue in free hand sketch. Those body types are things that we see in our everyday lives and I’ve chose to sketch them to learn how our body reacts and is constructed.

Colored Palette and Collage
I really love working with colors because I believe that colors show you how real emotions are. I've worked a Palette and a Collage photorealism.
Windows tired by the view .
My song that so many live in you
why start so sad ,
who I wonder charged you to me
and behind my back they laugh
residents , constructors , doormen .
